How many boxes do I need?
Our moving packs based on 1,2,3 and 4 bed homes can give you a good guide as to how many boxes and other supplies you might need. Additional boxes may be added to suit the needs of your household.
What quality are the boxes supplied by Teacrate Packaging?
Our boxes are made from high quality double walled corrugated cardboard. They are removals grade boxes used by professional removal companies across the UK.
How do I assemble my boxes?
All our boxes are delivered flat-packed. They can be easily assembled by bending along the pre-cut folds and then taping flaps with packing tape to secure them.
How far in advance of my move should I order my packaging?
Ideally about 2 weeks before you move. This should give you time to begin packing your lesser used items. We deliver next day if ordered before 3pm, so all is not lost if you leave it til last minute!
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Our standard delivery is next working day. This applies if your order is placed before 3pm and the items that you have ordered are in stock. If you order after 3pm or the items are not in stock we would normally ship within 1-2 days.
Can I get a timed or Saturday delivery?
Yes, we can offer a timed delivery service and Saturday deliveries if required. Charges will apply. Please contact Customer Services for assistance.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, just click the self collect option during the checkout process, then you will be asked to select which of our 7 service centres you’d like to collect from.
Note: Our Service Centres are closed on weekends.
Our pick up locations are as follows:
Bristol, Sunderland, Livingston, Manchester, Birmingham, London (x 2)
Please report to reception where a member of staff will assist you.
Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes after you’ve placed your order before picking up.
How do I make a purchase on the website?
Once you’ve browsed and selected the items you wish to buy by placing them in the shopping cart, click on the shopping cart. The shopping cart can be found at the top right of each page. Check the items that you have in the cart and when you’re happy to proceed click on checkout.
What if I’ve forgotten my password?
Go to our login/register page and follow the forgotten password link.
How do I know my credit card information is secure?
RapidSSL provides us with a strong 256-bit capable SSL encryption, which securely handles your personal data.
Please check for the padlock at the foot of the browser and the HTTPS: in your address bar for piece of mind.
SagePay provide secure credit card transactions through their highly secure service.
We do not hold any credit card information.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched we are able to cancel your order and provide a full refund.
What if I need to change my order after I’ve submitted it?
No problem, just contact us as soon as possible and we can amend your order. If your order has already been shipped you will need to place another order for any additional items.
