Customer collection
If you prefer, you can pick up your order from one of our 7 Service Centres throughout the UK. When ordering online, click the self collect option during the checkout process, then you will be asked to select which location you’d like to collect from.
Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes after you’ve placed your order before picking up.

How do I track my parcel?
Once you have placed your order we will provide you with instructions on how to do this by email.
Please note: We are unable to provide an exact delivery timeslot; unless you have pre arranged a timed delivery service with our customer service team.
Do I have to be in to sign for my order?
Ideally yes, but if you cannot be at the delivery address to receive your order we can arrange for it to be left somewhere safe in the vicinity or with a nominated neighbour. Please supply any special instructions in the ‘Additional Comments’ during checkout. You must understand however that this is at your own risk so please make sure that wherever you choose is out of sight and somewhere the carriers can gain access to.
Can I have a timed delivery?
Yes, we can organise this for you. Charges will apply. Please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist you.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within the first 14 days after delivery for a full refund. Returned products must be unused and undamaged and returned in original packaging wherever possible. We want you to be completely satisfied, so contact our Customer Services team for assistance if you have products that you wish to return or exchange.
Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs.
